This is a 47yo woman with abdominal, flank and back fat. She underwent 360 degree liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL) and mini-abdominoplasty. 600 cc of fat was injected into the right buttock and 600 cc of fat was injected into the left buttock. Ultrasound guidance was used to ensure the safe injection of the fat into the buttocks. She is seen 3 months after surgery.

This is a 40yo woman with abdominal, flank and back fat as well as small buttocks. She underwent 360 degree liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL). 500 cc of fat was injected into the right buttock and 600 cc of fat was injected into the left buttock. 100 cc of fat was injected into each hip dip. Ultrasound guidance was used to ensure the safe injection of the fat into the buttocks. The Renuvion device was also used to optimize her skin and soft tissue envelope. She is seen 3 months after surgery.
