This is a 51-year-old female patient who underwent a face and necklift. She wanted to address descent of the malar fat pads, jowling, platysmal banding, and loss of volume at the prejowl sulcus. She also had acne scarring at her cheeks. She underwent a SMAS plication facelift, deep plain necklift and CO2 laser treatment for the face. She is seen 10 months after surgery.
