This is a 52-year-old female patient who underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She wanted to address excess skin and fat at her bilateral upper eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She also did fractional laser to her lower eyelids after surgery. She is seen 3-months post-op from her surgery date.

She wanted to address excess skin and fat at her upper and lower eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty with skin and fat pad removal, as well as eyelid tightening (canthopexy).
She also underwent fat grafting to her face. She is seen 4 months after surgery.
