This is a 26yo woman with a large dorsal hump and depressed nasal tip. She underwent an open septorhinoplasty with hump reduction as well as tip refinement techniques. Cartilage grafts were used at the tip to prevent over-rotation of the tip. She is seen 3 months after surgery.
