This is a 16-year-old female patient who underwent a rhinoplasty. She wanted to address her boxy tip, and large dorsal hump. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with a cephalic trim for the tip, dorsal hump reduction, septoplasty and a columella strut for the tip. The photos were taken at 6 weeks after surgery, and the tip swelling will continue to improve over the next 1-1.5 years.
