This is a 19-year-old female patient who underwent a rhinoplasty. She wanted to address her mild to moderate dorsal hump, reduce the length of her nose, and correct the droopy tip. She underwent and open rhinoplasty with a dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement maneuvers, trimming of her caudal septum, and cartilage grafting. The photos were taken at 6 weeks after surgery, and the tip swelling will continue to improve over the next 1- 1.5 years.
