Eyelid Surgery Results

This is a 69-year-old female patient who underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepahroplasty.

She wanted to address excess skin and fat at her upper and lower eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty with skin and fat pad removal, as well as eyelid tightening (canthopexy).

She also underwent fat grafting to her face. She is seen 4 months after surgery.
