Many times rhinoplasty recovery is much easier than you may think. 👃🏽

Patients will wake up with packing inside their nose, and an external splint on the outside of the nose. There will be bruising and swelling for the first few weeks. And the long-term recovery may include some residual swelling at the tip of the nose. For some patients the swelling can disappear in a couple of months, and for the majority of patients there may still be some swelling at the tip of the nose for 12 to 18 months postop.
