This is a 60-year-old female patient who underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty at our office. She wanted to address excess skin and fat at her upper and lower eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty with a skin and fat pad removal, as well as eyelid tightening (canthopexy). She is seen 3 months post-op from her surgery date.

This is a 52-year-old female patient who underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She wanted to address excess skin and fat at her bilateral upper eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She also did fractional laser to her lower eyelids after surgery. She is seen 3-months post-op from her surgery date.

This is a 69-year-old female patient who underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepahroplasty. She wanted to address excess skin and fat at her upper and lower eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty with skin and fat pad removal, as well as eyelid tightening (canthopexy). She also underwent fat grafting to her face. She is seen 4 months after surgery.

This is a 58yo woman with upper eyelid skin, loose eyelids and crepey lower eyelid skin. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasties, lateral canthopexies, lower eyelid pinch blepharoplasties, fat grafting to the face and fractional CO2 laser treatment of the face. She is seen 3 months after surgery.

This is a 64yo man who presents for upper eyelid rejuvenation. Upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery was performed in the office under local anesthesia. Lower eyelids were not performed. The patient is seen 8 weeks after surgery.
