Breast Revision

This is a 60-year-old female patient who underwent a bilateral breast implant revision. The patient wanted a larger size than her pre-operative implant volume. She under went a bilateral breast implant revision with removal of her old implants, capsulotomies, and insertion of extra full profile cohesive gel “gummy” 800cc silicone implants. The implants were reinforced with Galaflex mesh using Dr. Nathan’s internal bra technique. She is seen 2 months after surgery.
 

This is a 36-year-old female patient who underwent a bilateral breast implant revision. The patient wanted smaller implants but wanted to keep her overall look. Smaller volume but higher projection, cohesive gel silicone “gummy” implants were used. The left breast capsule was adjusted and brought medially. The capsular work was reinforced with Galaflex mesh using Dr. Nathan’s internal bra technique. The patient is seen 3 months after surgery.
